- Google has shared a teaser video for Pixel 10 Pro Fold
- The video shows the phone fully but does not include any specifications
- Leaks and rumors have given us a good idea of what we can expect from the phone
You can’t leak anything that has already been officially shown – or at least it can be Google’s thinking, as the company has now teased several upcoming handsets where its latest teaser is focused on the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
In a short YouTube video, the company has shown the phone from the front and back and revealed a device similar to much like Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold, complete with a large camera block that looks like two smaller camera blocks that are jammed together.
You can also see a piston hole camera in the upper right corner of the collapsible screen, which in turn is a fight for the previous model.

No specifications are revealed, with the accompanying tale instead of joking about the joy of being able to open a new phone twice when you buy a foldable (first time the opening of the box, the other of the phone itself).
Thanks to leaks and rumors, we still have a good idea of what to expect when Google fully reveals this phone – probably on August 20 – and below we have listed five of the most important upgrades that we are likely to see.
1. An IP68 -assessment

While the Pixel 10 Pro fold may not look very different from the Pixel 9 Pro fold, it could have a lot of less visible differences, including better dust resistance.
A leak has suggested that the Pixel 10 Pro -fold will have an IP68 assessment, which would mean that it is certified to withstand water at a depths up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes, as well as be dustproof.
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold For comparison, has an IPX8 assessment, which means the same level of water resistance, but no real dust resistance.
So adding dust resistance to the Pixel 10 Pro Fold would be a big win, especially since no current collapsible phones have a lot of dust resistance. But the fact that no one has such robust resistance also makes us a little skeptical about whether Google’s phone will reach it.
2. A large battery

In addition to lacking dust resistance, folding phones also often struggle when it comes to battery capacity, with these devices that typically have less batteries than non-folding phones-which even tend to have far less screens for power.
It’s not ideal, but Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold could take a step in the right direction, with reports suggesting it may have a 5,050 mAh battery. It’s up from 4,650mAh in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, so it would be a significant improvement in capacity.
It would also mean that this phone has a larger battery than its biggest rival, as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 has a much smaller 4,400mAh.
3. CameraCrainer and voice maturity

Google is one of the biggest names in AI, so of course the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will have some new AI features and we’ve heard of two possible.
Most exciting is a rumored feature called ‘Camera Coach’, which apparently will help you teach you how to take better photos, by analyzing the snaps you are taking and making suggestions on how to improve.
But we have also heard of a ‘conversation -photo editing’ mode, which will apparently let you use your voice or entered text to tell Gemini about making changes to your images, such as removing unwanted items or adjusting the background.
These two tools should help improve the already impressive pixel photography experience.
4. A tensor G5 -chipset

The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is also sure to be more powerful than its predecessor, with several leaks – and earlier form – suggesting that it will have a Tensor G5 chipset replacing the Tensor G4 of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
So this should give the phone a power increase that can help with AI, games and more. This chipset is likely to not be as powerful as the Snapdragon 8 elite used by them as the Samsung Galaxy S25 line, but for most users it still has to be lots of powerful enough.
5. Screen improvements

Finally, Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold could have a better screen than the current model. Specifically, the tire screen could be slightly larger at 6.4 inches (up from 6.3 inches on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold). But due to a smaller framework, it may still take no more space.
In addition, we hear that the cover display may have a high brightness of 3,000 nits – which is up from 2,700 nits on the current model. This leak does not mention the main display, but it is likely that it would also have a brightness boost as it would otherwise be less bright than the cover screen.
