Balochistan notifies eid -holidal days

However, the Balochistan government decided to comply with Eid holidays from June 5 to June 8, and a notification of Services & General Administration Department was issued today.

According to the order, government employees will have to join the duties on the third day of Eid.

In Pakistan, the first day of Zil Hajj will fall on Thursday, May 29, 2025, while Eid Ul Adha will be observed on Saturday, June 7th.

Eid Ul Adha falls on the 10th day of Zil Hajj, who also marks the Hajj Pilgrimage. It is the second of the two most important festivals in Islam along with Eid Ul Fitr.

Parties and observations are generally completed for three days.

With Eid Ul Adha just around the corner, cattle markets have been created in different areas for people to buy cows, goats, sheep and camels for victims.

The festival is also known as the “victim party” that commemorates the Quranic story of the Prophet Ibrahim’s (PBUH) willingness to sacrifice his son in obedience to God, a test of faith that was divinely disrupted and replaced with a Ram.

In addition, the apartment is celebrated with prayers, family gatherings and charitable actions, including the ritual victim of the animal, with the meat distributed to family, friends and the underprivileged.
