In the past, the government introduced a new policy, “Ghar see Ghar thanks,” to ensure improved support and relief for pilgrims traveling for Hajj in 2025.
The initiative aimed at improving the overall Hajj experience will provide a comprehensive service to pilgrims from their departure in Pakistan to their return.
According to the policy, official guides, known as Nazmeen, are appointed to help pilgrims throughout their journey. A total of 600 Nazmeen is appointed with a guide awarded for every 150 pilgrims.
These guides will accompany pilgrims from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia and back, giving important help to navigate the journey and performing Hajj rituals.
In addition to guiding pilgrims, Nazmeen will facilitate accommodation schemes in Saudi Arabia and offer support under Hajj rituals.
Previously, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Stringen Directives issued the special preparations from Hajj 2025, stressing that no negligence will be tolerated in serving pilgrims.
The Prime Minister presided a review meeting regarding Hajj 2025 preparations. He reiterated that Pilgrims are the guests of Allah and to ensure that their comfort is the highest priority of the government.
Officials informed the Prime Minister that the SIM card to Pilgrims, like the previous year, will be delivered from Pakistan, and Hajj Mobile application will continue to work to help them during their pilgrimage.
