Gavin Rossdale may not be afraid of much, but a classic Hitchcock thriller left him rattled for life.
In a new chat with US weeklyThe songing sensation opened about his rare phobia in his 25 things you don’t know about me function.
“Alfred hitchcock f ***** me up. Birds I have a problem with,” the 59-year-old began.
“I must have seen the birds when I was very young and the flapping things. Honestly, I could take on a rabid dog. I got horses. I’m okay with animals, [except] A flapping little bird in a room. “

With the band’s new album, I beat lonelinessOut now, Rossdale admitted that he has been focused on writing, performing and absorbing family time with his children Kingston and Zuma, which he shares with Gwen Stefani, who both dive with his head for music.
“Kingston will play a great song. Zuma has started recording. I’m not even the best singer in my house anymore,” Rossdale joked.
This is not the first time the proud father has boasted of his children’s talent.
Rossdale, who is also the father of daughter Daisy Lowe with Gwen, previously told us Weekly that he is doing a point of letting his children find their own groove.
“I’m really careful not to push. I’m their father, dad, not friend,” he explained.
“When they discover music independently, it’s when it is, just as I don’t want it to suck,” he concluded.
