Thanks to Star Fiona Dourif who shares the first teaser trailer to T.He pitt Season 2 on her Instagram stories, fans of breakout show quickly sent copies around the internet. Fortunately, it means that if you missed the 24-hour viewing window (it has only just been uploaded to the main HBO or HBO MAX accounts on social media), we have been able to see and dissect it in our free time. We know that season 2 started filming in April and will be released in January 2026, so HBO is running a pretty tight schedule.
While we’ve seen a few on-set interviews on YouTube and first look photos of what’s going to come, the teaser trailer (which you can catch up below) is our first proper understanding of what’s going to come. It will pick up 10 months after Season 1 ended after another chaotic shift during the fourth July weekend. Only Tracy Ifachors Dr. Collins certainly does not return to future episodes after it was revealed that she was written out of the series.
However, this does not mean that there are no questions about the other signs. Dr. Robbie (Noah Wyle) has essentially had a breakdown, Whitaker (Gerran Howell) has been revealed as homeless, and McKay (Dourif) was almost arrested for manipulating his ankle monitor. Amazingly, none of these cliffhangers are the one that I think has been destroyed by the new trailer without anyone realizing.
Pitt Season 2 Teaser Trailer Shows Dana back at work after huge season 1 Cliffhanger
Look at
Mild spoilers follow to season 1’s final -episode of Pitt.
During the first five seconds of the above trailer, Dana (Katherine Lanasa) staffed her intake station, as if it is another normal day. Brilliant news is certainly couldn’t run so effectively without her. So why is this a spoiler? In the season 1 final of PittShe has seen take her photos down from her desk and confide in Dr. Robbie that she is considering leaving is completely. She can’t take it anymore and we don’t blame her.
Even if this will be treated relatively quickly, it is rather unsatisfactory to know that we have no longer got such a surprising VRI waiting to be revealed next year. My best guess is that Dana’s reasons to be answered in a thrown comment, with Pitt Season 2 then goes on as if nothing ever happened. We have other urgent business to tackle, namely the result of Langdon’s (Patrick Ball) running drug problem. With so much going on at all times, it’s not surprising Pitt Maybe decided to kill some loved … but don’t let’s down months before episodes air.
Personally, I’m excited Dana being put (at least for now). She is one of the only charges that can remain grounded and organized during an attack of emergencies, and she is a very good influence on Dr. Robbie. I have high hopes for that Pitt Season 2 causes us to breathe from beginning to end, and we have only just begun to find out that the new surprises that HBO has in store.
