‘Have Imran who accused Shehbaz of begging, distributing cash on foreign trips?’: PM PM

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday took an ironing against his predecessor, Imran Khan, and questioned whether the former leader “gave away money” during his foreign visit.

PM Shehbaz, who approached a rally in Dera Ghazi Khan, responded to previous accusations that he sought financial assistance from other countries. “A politician used to say that Shehbaz Sharif is traveling abroad to ask for money. I ask, did you go abroad to distribute money?” he noticed.

The Prime Minister also announced the establishment of a cancer hospital in Dera Ghazi Khan and a university in Rajanpur and called them steps towards a fair development in Punjab. He said the government remained obliged to improve education, healthcare and industry across all provinces.

PM Shehbaz repeated his government’s financial results and claimed inflation had fallen from 40% to 2.4% during his administration.

“When we took office, inflation was at its highest. Nawaz Sharif sacrificed his policy for the sake of the state, and today the results are visible, ”he said.

He criticized previous anti-government protests and said that they injured Pakistan’s progress. “Marcher on Islamabad was aimed at destabilizing the country. That chapter must be closed,” he added.

The prime minister also praised the federal minister of power Awais Leghari for efforts in the energy sector and said the government was working to reduce electricity bills.

“We will continue to work until Pakistan is high among the world’s great nations,” concluded Shehbaz.

In addition, PM Shahbaz announced earlier this week that consultations are in progress on the regulation of digital currency in Pakistan.

The statement was made during a meeting of the Economic Advisory Council, who was chairman of the Prime Minister and participated by various council members.

Participants expressed confidence in government policies and made proposals for future growth, which were welcomed by the Prime Minister.

In his address, Prime Minister Sharif emphasized that financial stability is a collective effort, not the work for any person. He repeated the government’s obligation to sustainable economic development and highlighted efforts to promote trade in the region.

The Prime Minister stated that the government is aiming to improve the competitiveness of local industries in international markets focusing on increasing exports and creating jobs. He also mentioned initiatives to establish green data centers and improve telecommunications services, especially in remote areas, to increase that exports and the number of freelancers.

The Prime Minister also emphasized the ongoing efforts to regulate digital currency in Pakistan and expressed the importance of turning today’s discussions into actions.

During the meeting, participants praised the government’s financial measures and noted that the country’s economy is stable and moving towards growth. They pointed out that stability in prices has led to increased production, and the government’s action plan is recognized by global economic institutions, investors and business.

They also appreciated the government’s commitment to institutional reforms and improvements in the tax system, which has promoted a more business -friendly environment.

The meeting also highlighted an increase in exports within a month, which the participants saw as a positive indicator of financial recovery. Furthermore, the crash on smuggling was seen as contribution to the growth of exports.
