Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro is not out of the quality control forest yet. Last summer, the buds were delayed due to quality control questions of several kinds; Now it seems that there are still serious problems with at least some user earplugs.
According to Sammyfans, several Buds 3 Pro users report that one of their earplugs is simply not charging.
While more users have suggested things that may have helped them get things going, it doesn’t seem to be a trick that works more wide.
What is the charging problem with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro?
According to the report, users have tried to restart their phones, reset the earbuds to factory settings, check for waste and of course checked the truly basic items, such as ensuring that the charging case is charged. But it seems that these attempts have not been successful in finding a consistent solution.
There is a bit in the report that is particularly worrying. “Some users have even noticed combustion marks near the charging pins,” which is not something you want to see in your expensive electronics, even though we will obviously have to take it with a salt grain at this time whether this is exactly or accurate or related.
