Islamabad:
An ATC on Tuesday noted that KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur had been declared an abscondder, noting that the PTI leader visited various places in Islamabad but failed to appear before the court.
ATC judge Tahir Abbas Supra postponed the hearing in the Faizabad Protest Case. The judge observed that Gandapur, despite being a resident of Islamabad and attending other courts, had not appeared before the ATC.
During the hearing, accused individuals were Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi, Raja Rashid Hafeez, Raja Majid and others present in court. The court postponed the hearing of the case until July 10.
