Heather Graham shares how she feels in her 50s and her approach to feeling fabulous.
“I feel like when I get older I just don’t care about things that don’t matter,” Graham told 55, to People. “Everyone sometimes gets upset, but I think I’m happier. I’ve done enough hard work on myself that I want to be a happier person now.”
“I just enjoy the simple things in life – like sleeping, eating, my friends, similar things. I love to meditate.”
“I like to go out into nature, go to the beach, look at the sea, walk on a hike, walk into the mountains, look at the trees,” the scrub’s actress shared.
In terms of her favorite method of staying fit, she said, “I like to go on yoga dishes because, to be honest, I just love being by the sea. So anytime I’m by the sea, I just feel happier.”
When she turned 50 in 2020, the actress told the publication of how she fights cultural assumptions about aging women.
“I love yoga, I broken,” she said at the time. “I confirm every day because, like everyone, I’m afraid of getting older.”
