Joe Beeps, a former heavyweight boxer who fought for Muhammad Ali twice in his career, has died.
Busy was 75 years old.
“It is with great sadness that the former British, European Commonwealth -Tonguesmaster and World Cup practitioner Joe BUNE has died in his nursing home in Brisbane, Australia,” confirmed the British Boxing Board of Control on Monday.
“British Boxing Board of Control transfer his condolance to Joe’s family.”

BUNEVER was a talented boxer, but he was not in the good grills of them in his original UK after sending Henry Cooper, a boxing legend in Commonwealth, to retire after beating him in 1971. The victory gave him the British, Commonwealth and European Heavyweight titles. BUNGER did not hold on to these belts after losing them later in 1971.

He continued to meet Ali for the first time in 1973 as they entered the ring in a non-title match in Las Vegas. Busy was able to walk the distance towards the boxing icon, although Ali would get the victory with points.
Just five months later, in the ring against the legendary Joe Frazier, this time at home at Earl’s Court in London. Like the fight against Ali, Busker was able to walk the distance, but he came up short when Frazier won with points.

However, the most exciting match came between Busker and Ali in Kuala Lumpur in 1975, their second time fought against each other. In front of a packed audience went abound and Ali 15 rounds of the canvas, although the former came out as the loser with points again.
BUNEGNER fought for 32 years and ended his career in 1999 before moving to Australia. He spent the last years of his life in an assisted resident after being diagnosed with dementia.
Bu there were 69-14 over his 83 matches, 41 of which ended inside the distance.
