Glen Powell is currently creating waves starring as Russ Holliday in the new series Tchad Powers.
In the midst of his latest project, a previous interview with Vanity Fair has resurrected where the actor turned to dating rumors involving Sydney Sweeney, his co-star in Someone except you.
In a talk about Sweeney, Powell said, “I love her. She’s the biggest one.”
He added, “If you’re not having fun with this job, I think you’re going to be burnt out.”
By reflecting on their time filming the romantic comedy, he explained, “We just felt really good … We have just as much friendship and really cheer for each other, and it’s been a fun trip to do this thing together.”
It is worth noting that both actors were compared to other people during the shooting.
At that time, Sydney was engaged to producer Jonathan Davino, while Powell Dating Actress Gigi Paris.
Sweeney later repeated Powell’s feelings and emphasized that their connection was completely platonic.
“We wanted everything to be an activity,” she explained, adding that it was the public who “created all the other stories.”
