High School Basketball Player takes low blows from the opponent, no draft

A championship in the high school championship was much tougher for a player from Ohio.

Ben Mirgon, another for Hilliard Bradley High School, was part of the losing team, and during the loss he was the victim of a cheap shot.

During the game, just after passing the ball, Mirgon took a stamp to his groin from a defender.

A basketball player in high school took a cheap shot to the groin from a defender on Saturday.

The defense only got a technical error instead of an obvious error and a draft.

“No technically not pushed out,” wrote another Mirgon, Dan.

According to Greg Glasser, a high school reporter in Ohio, Mirgon had to go on the bench because of the punch towards the end of the second half.

Sunday morning Mirgon sent a post on X who said he “fought.”

Dan Mirgon wrote that the bad was a “big momentum swing” for Reynoldsburg, and it happened “just after Ben hit back-to-back triangles.”

Ohio High School Athletic Association did not immediately respond to a comment request.

Mirgon’s team led, 33-25, to half, but lost, 57-51. It was a brave effort when Mirgon’s Hilliard Bradley was 15-seeded, while Reynoldsburg was No. 2 in the district.

The game against Reynoldsburg took place at Taft Coliseum at Ohio State Fairgrounds. It was Reynoldsburg’s first district championship in seven years.
