Hollow Knight: Silksong Players are struggling to beat Savage Beastfly, with some claiming it was the hardest enemy they have encountered yet, so much that users have created a subbreddit dedicated to hate the boss.
Silk songand its predecessor Hollow Knightis an inherent challenging game, but players who have been waiting for the game for the past seven years are not good at taking a particular secret boss: Savage Beastfly.

As a user ‘Zachesque’ puts it in a Reddit post, “How does Savage Beastfly exist?” They discuss how the fight seems overwhelmingly more difficult than any boss they had fought so far, and in Hollow Knight Combined.
They notice that although the boss has only two attacks, one that does two masks of injuries, even when you touch it, it is the flying enemies that appear that make the fight much harder, especially since it is in a small arena.
“Then there is also the bit where it has about a million health,” Zachesque adds. “The only rescuing grace of this fight could have been a low health pool, so it’s just a panic frenzy trying to cut things down before you’re overwhelmed, but no. This is a long battle. You have to dip it about five times. So on top of being unreasonable, uninteresting and uninteresting, it’s also a beating long time.”
Other players seem to have the same problems, with users commenting that “it really can’t be redeemed by this boss, perhaps the most aggravating part of it is that it is just of*cking fly, it feels like I get my a ** kicked by Gruz Mother or something Sh*t, but this has really been the hardest enemy in the game for me so far, I just finish.”
Savage Beastfly has even earned its own subbreddit named ‘R/F*CKSAVAGEBEASTFLY’, where fans have joined the boss, where the top post is entitled “This is the most affirmative subbreddit I’ve ever seen in my entire life.”
