- Google just showed its upcoming Pixel 10 in a fresh teaser
- The 30-second advertising is not so subtly to aim at Apple that delays the new Siri
- It asks the viewer to “ask more for your phone.”
We are only 16 days away from Google showing its Pixel 10 family with some other devices, and a new teaser gave us a new look at the smartphone, but also a reminder from the tech giant.
Next to some sneaky shots from the left and right sides as well as an almost full reveal of the back of a pixel 10, including the fact that the ‘camera’ is about whether you like it or not, Google writes, “Ask more about your phone.”
It is a common theme for the Teaser advertising called “Google Pixel 10 | Soon” and not so randomly calls Apple beyond its delay in rolling out the AI-driven Siri. While the advertisement does not mention Apple, the story kicks things by saying, “If you buy a new phone because of a feature that will come soon …” it will continue to remind the viewer that if you still wait over a year on it, how to define ‘soon’ very well change.
And on Instagram where Google shared it from multiple handles, it invites us to “get outside your comfort phone”. It’s wise, I give them.

Google probably hopes you get tips quickly and switch to a pixel 10 or one of its other new devices. Not so subtly, the backing track for this 30-second teaser is an instrumental version of “The Next Episode” by Dr. Dre.
Of course, it emphasizes that the latest Pixel 9 family – 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL and 9 Pro Fold – all came with a bounty of AI software and features available out of the box. These devices, all of which have Google’s Gemini AI models, allow you to take group photos with fewer hands, and everyone comes with a very skilled assistant. These phones can also search what is on your screen – circle to search – and have a new tool called pixcreens.

Apple originally announced all its AI features under the Apple Intelligence -umbrella in June 2024, sent the iPhone 16 family, which was built for Apple Intelligence, in September 2024, and then launched the first set of these features back in October 2025.
In the spring of 2025, Apple announced a delay in the AI-powered Siri. In an interview with Techradar’s editor-in-store, Lance Ulanoff, Apple’s Craig Federighi explained the delayAnd noticed that it took a little longer and was expected to be resolved next year.
Apple has since been a little more transparent on this, with Tim Cook noting in Q4 earnings That the teams are making good progress and that it should be set to be sent next year in 2026. Still, it is a long wait for the AI-driven Siri that many hoped to get their hands on-me and many of my colleagues included.

With Google, which sets the stage for its device, which was revealed on August 20, 2025, which is probably several weeks before Apple sets a ‘special event’ to show the iPhone 17 family, it looks like Team Pixel just wants to move on and put something fun at the same time.
Google is ready to reveal these new devices – we expect Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL – just weeks after Samsung fell Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. According to leaked pricesHowever, Google may be steadfast without increasing the cost of its most important phones – it will be a delight to our wallets.
We also don’t expect a drastic redesign for the Pixel 10 family, maybe a few new colors, but the modern look that Google started with Pixel 9 is probably here to stay, with this teaser that basically confirms it. Still, Google is likely to have a new Silicon Tensor processor that drives these and some impressive AI features in the pipeline.
Given that it is still over two weeks before Google’s event, I would be surprised if we do not see some more teasers. Let’s just see how direct they are and if Google chooses a change in the artist for the music that accompanies them.
