King Charles was not amused by his brother’s cheeky antics as new embarrassing and incriminating evidence emerged in the latest tranche of Epstein files released by the US Department of Justice.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor thought nothing worse could come to him after being stripped of his royal titles and honours, and the impending eviction from his beloved Windsor home, the Royal Lodge.
But Andrew is understood to have regretted poking the proverbial bear when he was “urgently” kicked out earlier than expected. In his arrogance, the disgraced former duke was seen riding horses in the grounds of Windsor after the filing. It appeared to be a deliberate move as he rode near where the press and cameras are present.
A source disclosed to DailyMail that it has been the last straw for the king and his heir. Andrew didn’t finish packing, but he was sent to Norfolk under cover of night.
“It was quickly arranged and done under the radar, leaving Royal Lodge staff to pack what’s left of Andrew’s belongings,” the source revealed.
Sarah Ferguson, who also lived at the lavish Windsor mansion with her ex-husband, has been quietly sneaking back and forth and hiding in the back seat of the vehicle as she entered and left the premises.
The royal source suggested that Andrew “firmly believes he has done nothing wrong and certainly feels badly done by and too harshly treated”. Furthermore, while others revealed to have ties to the disgraced financier have expressed regret, Andrew still refuses to do so as it would “imply guilt”.
