Huawei’s lineup of Slimline Fitness Trackers, Huawei band, has been a regular fixture on our best cheap fitness trackers list for years, and this year the company has gone beyond.
Much of it looks the same as the Huawei Band 9-It is still a 1.47-inch Amoled screen, but now the case is coming in metal for extra durability, while also coming in fresh coloring, including purple, pink, blue and luminous green.
It is still relatively difficult to get hold of the United States, but a few new features make it worth doing it if you are capable of it.
First, it uses the heartbeat variability (HRV) data to help find out how to sleep more precisely than with previous models and then use it to give advice on how to get better rest.
It’s all folded for training emergency meals, a bit like Fitbit or Garmin devices so you know how hard you can push yourself.
Makes mood tracking more visual
The Huawei Band 10 also has a more subtle trick up the sleeve to add a little personality to mood tracking.
Again, using these HRV data and other measurements, the Huawei Band 10 can run an emotional well -being assistant who tracks your mood. It’s not entirely new, but what’s fresh here is that it makes subtle changes to your watch surface so you can see when you may need a break or it’s time to get food.
It’s a really nice idea – we’ve seen EDA scans that can look for stress, and they’ve become more common but not something that can highlight when you may have a hard day and ask you to intervene, Or just one step back.
It is interesting to hear if it has concluded just after a study that Smartwatches can help identify symptoms of depression.
