Islamabad:
Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday disposed of a petition for disqualification of MNA Ramesh Lal after the case became ineffective.
Justice Muhammad Azam Khan heard the petition from Maharaj Ramesh Kumar.
Lal’s lawyer requested the court to dispose of the petition and said that after the placement was filed, elections were also held and that the petition has now become ineffective.
The court deposited the petition at the request of the lawyer.
A citizen had filed a petition for the disability of Lal on the minority seat to hide assets.
