Islamabad:
IHC instructed the FIA on Wednesday to end his investigation against PPP leader Farhatullah Babar and submit a report in court.
IHC Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas heard a petition from Babar against the investigation. During the hearing, Babar showed up in court with his lawyer Iman Mazari. The court was informed that the petition was facing the investigation, but that he did not know what the accusations against him were.
The court asked the FIA investigator to tell the petitioner about the investigation and allegations and the complaint against him. On the court’s instructions, the investigative officer showed the record for the petitioner.
