Islamabad:
Islamabad High Court (IHC) postponed on Friday hearings of applications seeking early planning of dismissal filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana II case.
Justice Raja Inam Ameen Minhas, who preserved the case, noted that a decision to maintain the acquisition of the acquisition would be taken after reviewing the guard schedule. “We will investigate the cases listed for Monday, and then decide,” the judge observed.
The court heard the petitions moved by Khan and Bushra Bibi. On their behalf, lawyer Salman Safdar, Ali Bukhari and Sardar Masroof’s lawyer appeared in court.
