Islamabad:
IHC issued on Friday prior hospitalization notifications to PMDC as well as the Ministry of Health and Law on a petition who challenged the advertisement for the appointment of the PMDC registrar.
During the Court of Justice, Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the petition against the advertising issued on August 28 for the appointment of the PMDC registrar. Attorney Adnan Kazmi appeared in court on behalf of the petitioner.
It was stated that PMDC staff -service provisions 2023 had established the maximum age limit for the Justice Secretary’s speech of 50 years together with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
