IHC Removes objections to the pleas of Imran, wife

Islamabad:

Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered the Justice Secretary’s office to award diaries numbers to the petitions filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, who sought suspension of their conviction in the reference of 190 million pounds.

The directive was issued by a division bench consisting of functioning Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif after hearing arguments about the registrar’s office’s objections about the placement of the plea.

During the hearing, senior lawyers represented the petitioners, including Latif Khosa, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Bukhari, Sardar Masroof Khan and others.
