Islamabad:
Islamabad High Court resumes the hearing today (Wednesday) about the appeals filed by Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI) Patron-in-Chief Imran Khan and the former First Lady Bushra Bibi seeking suspension of their judgments in £ 190 million reference.
The consultation is held by functioning Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif.
The court had previously awarded the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) time until today to appoint a special public prosecutor’s office at the case of NAB’s request.
Both PTI cartridge-I-chief and Bushra Bibi have requested the court to suspend their judgments and release them against bail.
