Rawalpindi:
A revelation of false control inspectors and false inspection managers performing unauthorized controls at Matric Exam centers – and allegedly facilitating cheating – has alerted Punjab’s educational authorities.
Punjab Higher Education Commission has made a strict message about the rising complaints about these impostors.
In response, a circular has been issued to all board chairmen, exam controllers, center in Charge and vigilance staff who declare that no additional inspectors or pieces have been appointed. Any alleged letters of authority used to justify their presence at exam centers have been declared false and the authorities have been asked to arrest and submit fours to anyone trying to enter an exam center using such documents.
The annual matrix samples began on March 4, and with most papers now completed, the revelation of fake inspectors came 16 days after the exams began.
These impostors, armed with false government issues, not only conducted false inspections, but also allegedly helped students cheat.
Punjab’s Chief Minister’s Examination Task Force has also taken serious notice of the issue.
It has been ordered that no unauthorized persons should access exam centers during ongoing theory exams and practicalities. In addition, students, supervisors and surveillance officers are prohibited from carrying mobile phones within exam halls.
According to sources at various exam centers, strict measures have now been introduced to eliminate the use of false authority letters.
As you move on, no access is based on such documents and anyone who tries to do so will be handcuffed and taken into custody.
