Islamabad:
Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI)-Founder Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, have arrested Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking early consultation with their acquittal facility in the Toshakhana-II case.
The petition, which was filed through lawyers Salman Safdar and Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry, also requests that the court must order the trial to stop the procedure until a decision on liberation is made.
According to the petition, the trial had rejected their dismissal in November 2024, a decision that was contested on January 21, 2025.
