Islamabad:
Islamabad High Court (IHC) postponed on Tuesday the hearing of a petition who sought suspension of the judgment of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the case 190 million pounds until Eid due to the absence of defense lawyer.
A two-judge bench consisting of functioning Chief Justice Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif heard the case.
The PTI founder’s lawyer Shoaib Shaheen informed the court that Barrister Salman Safdar was on his way from the Supreme Court. He requested the court to plan the consultation at a later date.
