Lahore:
PTI cartridge-I-chief Imran Khan’s nephew Hassaan Khan Niazi on Wednesday, in LHC, contested his detention of the military, the court’s martial arts carried out against him, and the military court.
By 2023, Niazi was placed under military custody to become a trial for his alleged role in the riots on May 9 in Lahores Jinnah House. In December, he handed down a 10-year sentence with string prison.
On Wednesday, Niazi LHC amounted to LHC through his lawyer Faisal Siddiqui and claimed that after his arrest in the 9th of the May case he was never produced before a civil court.
