An anti-terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore sent postponed Prime Minister Imran Khan’s nephew Sher Shah Khan The 14-day legal custody on Thursday and denied IO’s request for expansion in physical custody.
During the consultation, Io Muhammad Ashraf Javed sought a 30-day extension for the five-day physical custody, which was awarded earlier on August 23. IO claimed that additional time is required to restore Shah’s cellphone and a mask that was allegedly used at the time of the incident-Shah was arrested in connection with May 9 and to get details of his social media accounts.
