India’s ‘Hydro -Terrorism’ unsustainable: Coas

Islamabad:

Pakistan will never be forced, and all inimic designs to derive the country’s fight against terrorism will be “extensive defeated,” said Chief of Army Staff (Coas) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir on Friday, warning of India’s “illegal and legally uneven hydro -terrorism,” calling for a peaceful solution to Kashmir – Like the southern as like Asia.

According to the military’s media wing, the army chief made these comments during his visit to command and staff College Quetta, where he approached students and faculty members who affected operational emergency preparedness, regional stability and Pakistan’s national security doctrine.

“Pakistan’s enemies will fail in their attempts to distract us from our focus on terrorism,” Field Marshal Munir was quoted as saying by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), adding that the nation is united in the defense of its sovereignty. He also emphasized the need for a peaceful decision on the internationally recognized Kashmir.

The comments come in the midst of the recent tensions between Pakistan and India after a series of military commitments triggered by the deadly Pahagam attack in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), who claimed 26 lives, mostly tourists. India accused Pakistan without evidence and got a chain of events that escalated to full -fledged cross -border hostilities.

India’s use of force was met with a calibrated military reaction during Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, which targeted Indian air assets, ammunition depots and missile bases along the control line and beyond. The operation was part of a wider campaign, Marka-E-Haq, which ran from May 7 to May 10.

The COAs paid tribute to the martyrs of the operation and said that the population of Pakistan had become a “wall of steel” under national leadership. “Marka-e-Haq is a testimony to our determination, unity and complete synergy among all elements of national power,” he said, adding, “Allah’s help comes to the nations that stand for the truth and fight with unity.”

Coas, who highlighted the changing nature of modern warfare, said that Pakistan’s military remained ready to respond across the full spectrum of conflict. In particular, he criticized India’s growing tendency to resort to unprovoked military aggression, warning that strategic stability in South Asia became increasingly fragile and hanging by justice, especially in Kashmir.
