Rawalpindi:
A man allegedly killed his father and two sisters over a real estate conflict in a brutal stabbing Spree that began in Islamabad and ended up in Rawalpindi, and also injured his three -month -old nephew. Police have arrested the suspect, 27-year-old Muhammad Ali, and restored the weapon.
According to police, the suspect first attacked his family in their home near Taramri Chowk, Islamabad, killing his 70-year-old father, Mahmood Hussain, and 32-year-old sister, Shabnam Ara.
Then he locked the house from the outside and traveled to Adiala Road, Rawalpindi, where he mortally stabbing his older sister, 35-year-old Anjum Ara-an employee of a federal government department currently in maternity leave and injured her infant son, Salar.
Witnesses said that Anjum was opposite hard but became overpower. The suspect reportedly also tried to kill the baby, but the child’s grandparents intervened. In the fight, the baby sustained a neck injury and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Residents locked the suspect inside the house and called the police and prevented him from attacking Anjum’s husband who had arrived at the scene.
In Arrest, the suspect admitted both murders of Islamabad, which led to coordination between Rawalpindi and the federal police. Two separate fours will be registered – one at Shehzad Town Police Station in Islamabad and the other at Saddar Beruni police station in Rawalpindi.
‘Killings attached to real estate’
Police said the motive seems to be a long -term conflict of property, as the father reportedly intended to transfer his property to his daughters and cause frequent quarrels. The suspect, unmarried and lives with his father, has two other brothers who live separately with their families.
Meanwhile, SSP -Investigation Visit Raza Tanveer Supra The crime scene on Adiala Road, according to a spokesman for Rawalpindi police. Sho Saddar Beruni was also present, he added.
Police received information in the afternoon about a murder in Habib Line, Adiala Road. The SSP investigation said the local police immediately reached the place and took the suspect in custody.
According to the SSP, the suspect had killed his sister, Anjum Zahra, and injured his infant nephew with a sharply edged weapon. During the first interrogation, the suspect revealed that he had also murdered his father and another sister in Islamabad earlier that day.
Preliminary studies suggest that the killings were linked to a real estate conflict. SSP said that evidence was collected from the crime scene while further investigations were underway.
