- Intel reveals New Xeon 6 with P-Core-hardware
- New offers promise increased performance and efficiency in data center and with AI

Intel has revealed its latest series of data center hardware as it seems to keep up with them like Nvidia and AMD.
The new Xeon 6 processors with P-Cores provide a big boost in power and intelligence, as Intel says it is a claim to remain at the top of the hit lists when it comes to AI treatment and other crucial business tasks.
But the new series is not limited to the data center, where Intel promised improved performance across network and canteen Frastructure along with server and data centers workloads.

“The Xeon 6 family supplies the industry’s best CPU to AI and cutting -edge networks for networking while driving efficiency and reducing the overall ownership costs.”
The new Intel Xeon 6700P/6500P series is designed for the data center and contains the company’s P-Core, which offers what it says is the “perfect balance between performance and energy efficiency”.
Intel offers up to 86 kernels and promises an average of 1.4x improved performance on a number of company’s workloads compared to the previous generation, and 1.5x better performance in the AI-Inferrence on chip compared to AMDS 5TH-gen epyc, while it also uses a -third fewer kernels.
But this power also brings improved efficiency, which allows for much greater consolidation of five or even ten-year-old servers, with Intel saying Xeon 6 with P-Cores is an ideal opportunity for companies that want to update aging infrastructure to Better to handle new AI tasks.
XEON P-CORE CHIPS describe the new offers as “the world’s best CPU for AI” and offers more bandwidth and cache with up to 504mb Low latency LLC and support for MRDIMM memory together with built-in AI accelerators and a comprehensive software suite across Classic ML and small Genai models.
Xeon 6 for Network and Edge is Intel’s most developed soc, designed for a wide range of use cases, and again promising greater performance and efficiency than ever. The chip includes Intel Vran Boost built-in, giving up to 2.4x capacity for RAN networks, which can be crucial as the demand for such connections continues to rise.
The Xeon 6 will also be the first in the industry to have a built-in media accelerator, with the Intel Media Transcode accelerator, which offers up to 14x performance per year. Watt win versus previous models.
