Isaiah Bond is ready to take the next step in his football trip. The former Alabama and Texas wide receiver were cleared for criminal offense in a sexual assault case.

A Grand Jury in Collin County in Texas returned an “no bill” which ends the possibility of an indictment.

“After reviewing all the evidence provided, a Grand Jury in Collin County returned a ‘no bill’ in the sexual assault involving Isaiah bond, which means no indictment will be issued,” Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis said in a statement obtained by CBS News Texas. “This ends the criminal procedure in this case.”

On Thursday, 21-year-old Bond revealed his plans to attend Cleveland Browns for his rookie season. A contract with Browns has not yet been completed, ESPN reported. But Bond said he was grateful for the organization’s belief in him.
