Jackson State, Prairie View A&M Massive Brawl leads to 9 Suspensions

Nine suspensions and fierce fines were set after a giant fight broke out between Jackson State and Prairie View A&M during a college baseball match in Texas this past weekend.

Rivals from Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) were in a heated game that came down to the last bat of Prairie View A&M. But things quickly went sour after walk-off RBI from Prairie View A & M’s Trenton Bush.

As the team celebrated the walk-off victory around the second base, a Jackson State player came up charging from Outfield to confront Panthers players.

It led to a massive pile near the other base area, where many were pushed and pushed to the grass.

When things seemed to be settled, a player from Prairie View A&M and Jackson State continued back and forth in a verbal argument where the former had to be held back near the home plate.

TMZ Sports reports that each team was fine of $ 25,000 by Swac for the confrontation and that nine players were suspended for roles played in it.

SWAC did not immediately return a request for comment on Pakinomist Digital.
