Eagles take a victory meat. Philadelphia Steamrolled Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl Lix this last Sunday and won the franchise’s second Vince Lombardi Trophy.
Two of the team’s stars, quarterback Jalen hurts and runs back Saquon Barkley, stopped at “The Tonight Show” on Tuesday to reflect on the big game. “I just told people that I was trying to treat it and I think when you go into it, you don’t know how you want to feel,” Hurts said.

“You see, as a fan, sports and championship games and these iconic moments. And you see the greatness and how they handle it and their enthusiasm and the haste of emotion,” the Super Bowl Lix Mvp continued. “And all I could think of was all the hard work. All I could think of was all the effort.”

The Eagles opened the scoring in the Super Bowl Lix when Hurts found the end zone via the notorious “tush push.” Over the past few seasons, the Eagles have mastered the rugby style quarterback Snig, who has become known as “tush push” or “Brotherly Shove.”

But Hurts suggested that none of the name is actually accurate. “I don’t want to say what I call it, but it’s not that. Everyone came with their own name for it: ‘Brotherly Shove’, ‘tush push’, all these different things. It’s not that, ‘hurts said .
On card-yardage-theater pieces, evil typically sets up under the middle with two or three players behind him. He takes snap, the offensive line waves out and hurts get a big push from behind. More often than not the eagles get the yardage needed for a first down.
Barkley, who signed a three -year deal with Eagles last March, admitted that he was surprised to learn that the play was not referred to as “Tush push.”

“I didn’t know if that’s what it would be called, but … it’s not called a ‘tush -push’, actually,” Barkley said. When it comes to his role in “Tush Push,” Barkley said.
“I think I have the easiest job, to be honest. I’m the one pushing The tush …”
Hurts finished the Super Bowl with 221 passing yards and two touchdowns. While Barkley was mostly contained during the game, ending with 57 rushing yards, he was an important part of Eagles’ success this last season.
The three-time pro bowler rushed after a career high 2,005 meters during the regular season. He added 499 Rushing Yards in Eagles’ Four Playoff games.
