James Harden delivers epic response after Standout -Scoring Eve

Los Angeles Clippers is pushing for NBA endgamn. If the post season started today, Clippers would be in the play-in tournament.

On Wednesday, Los Angeles strengthened their playoff heap by defeating Detroit Pistons. The 123-115 victory was run by James Harden’s 50-point evening. The number represented most points that the 11th time NBA All-Star has scored in a single game during the 2024-25 campaign.

Harden logged 38 minutes in Clippers’ latest victory, and the 35-year-old workload has seemed to rise since last month’s all-star break. After Wednesday’s game, he was asked about Uptick in game minutes.

He continued to deliver an epic response. “I rest when the season is over,” Clippers Guard said before going away.

Fellow Clippers star Kawhi Leonard sat out of Wednesday’s win because of rest.

Harden’s conditioning has at times been a topic of conversation throughout its NBA career.

In 2022, Fox Sports reported that Harden and Kevin Durant “Butted Heads.” That dissatisfaction came from Durant’s belief that Harden was not “in the physical form.” Harden and Durant both played for Brooklyn Nets at the time.

Clippers have gone 2-6 over their last eight games. They went into Friday’s action after seventh place Minnesota Timberwolves at two games in the victory column.
