Jamie Lee Curtis reveals Nicole Kidman’s role in her ‘Scarpeta Sisters’ double role

‘Scarpeta Sisters’: Jamie Lee Curtis discusses Nicole Kidman’s role

Nicole Kidman’s co-star Jamie Lee Curtis recently got honest about what it took to get her an acting role, despite being a producer for Scarpeta Sisters series.

She shared it all with US weekly, And became sincere at one point about Kidman’s role in this upcoming series.

For those who are not daring, Prime Series Kay Scarptta explores a fictional character inspired by a previous medical study by Virginia Chief Medical Examiner Marcella Farinelli Fierro MD.

She started the chat by taking a walk down the memory track and telling how, “She actually introduced herself to me [at the Oscars] And we exchanged Hellos and a little bit of chick bonding. “

“But then we went away and I was like, ‘okay, wow. It was crazy.’ And six months later, she heard that we were doing the Scarpeta show and that I was producing and she basically said, ‘I want to be Scarpeta.’ And then when I went, ‘Okay, amazing,’ she said, ‘But you want to be in it with me, right?’ “

According to Curtis, “That was the moment of similar ‘Yes, Nicole Kidman. Yes. I will be in a show with you.’ I had no choice, ”she said.

“You had no choice. I had to become a producer, and at that moment it was decided that I should shop in the show.”

However, she made it clear that this is not how she usually works because “usually, if a part comes to me there is a reason. It’s no coincidence. I don’t think you see me playing Lady Macbeth. I don’t think you will see Lady Macbeth in my filmography.”

“I pretty much do the work that comes to me … I love my life. I just love the fact that I get myself, that I get to do what I do, get art and be part of the art form that I get a part of – entertainment.”

Generally “I love the combination dish with show shop,” she admitted at once.

“I’m a marketing guru. I love marketing. And I just love the process of living a creative life. So I got no complaints,” Curtis also added in her closing remarks.
