Jenna Bush Hager has Mother Friends, but she just doesn’t like the label.
In a recent chat on her show Today with Jenna & Friends Episode Friday, July 11, the TV personality shared his thoughts on the phrase “mother friends” with guest host Dwyane Wade.
She explained that she does not like the label, even though she has many friends who are also mothers.
“Some of my best ‘mother friends’-as I kind of hate that expression because it means they aren’t my true friends some of my best mother’s friends are from the time I had my 12-year-old,” she said, referring to her daughter Mila.
“Now we have pre-teens, and then to review all the life stages together? I think it is necessary to have this community,” she added.
Wade, the father of five, agreed and said, “So you have to have a relationship with their parents … If their parents come over, [you got to get along].
While sharing about who will take place after Hoda Kotb’s departure, Jenna Old in June is rushed in June that they are not in a hurry and are looking for any permanent.
“We are still looking. We definitely want someone permanently at some point just because it’s our show and I think Today Show is such a family,” she said at the time.
