Jennifer Aniston’s alleged stalker, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, has been declared mentally unsuitable to appear in the trial.

Thursday Friends Star was not present to hear psychiatrist Dr. Phani Tumu declare Carwyle as “Currently incompetent to bring trial.”

Deputy public defender Robert Krauss, however, told the Los Angeles County Superior Court judge, Maria Cavalluzzi Stalker, accused of driving his car into the front gate of Jennifer’s Home in Bel Air, got a “second statement.”

With another hearing taking place next week, the judge has appointed another psychiatrist, Dr. Kory button, to examine carwyle.

He is accused of a crime of persecution and another of vandalism along with an aggravating circumstance of being a potential cause of great bodily harm.

Carwyle has been in custody since May 5 when the incident in Jennifer’s home took place.

He is also accused of having harassed Morning Show Actress by sending “unwanted social media, voicemail and E -mail messages” since March 2023.

Although Jennifer was home at the time of the incident, she did not come in contact with anyone and according to a public information officer from Los Angeles Police Department, they told PEOPLE, “There was a security guard in premises that was able to detain the suspect until officers arrived at which time they took him in custody without incidents. The resident (Jennifer Aniston) was home at that time.”
