Jeremy Renner shared an insight into one of his treatments that is helping him recover quickly from his near-fatal accident two years ago.
The mayor of Kingstown star took to his Instagram account and posted a rare look into his oxygen treatment that boosted his recovery.
After the incident, which left the actor with 38 broken bones, Jeremy called the treatment an essential part of his recovery.
“Taking care of business; this office of mine has been such a blessing and absolutely champions wellness,” he wrote in the caption alongside his selfie with a hyperbaric chamber.
“Hyperbaric at 2 atmos has been a staple in my life for 20 months now. 02 is essential to our lives and our longevity…,” he explained.
The Hawkeye actor ended her caption by writing, “Pull up a chair and let’s discuss all the good things in life today !!! #MyNextBreath.”
According to Johns Hopkins Medicine’s website, “Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a type of treatment used to speed the healing of carbon monoxide poisoning, gangrene, and wounds that won’t heal.”
