Jessica Simpson wastes the beans in her life so far after moving to Nashville to work on new music.
The singer, 44, recalled music and motherhood in the 40s with his sister Ashlee Ross in a joint interview with The cut.
Simpson noted that a silver lining of moving to Nashville was there there was “no paparazzi” as opposed to Los Angeles.
“I literally made carriage wheels down the Walmart gangs,” she told the publication.
She fertilized for simple joys like browsing in a cvs and saying, “Look at all these new little vaselines!”
Simpson added that when it comes to her love to be able to randomly walk around – or wagon wheels – in public places, there is no shame. “I’m your Allamerican girl when it comes to it,” she said. “That’s for sure.”
Ross also noticed his sister’s occupation of supermarket strolls and the lighter side to it.
“I always love to go to your closet or bathroom. It’s like 500 million products. My kids love nothing more than go into your pantry because you have any treat on the planet. You really love the cvs, Walmart, no matter what. “
Simpson is the mother of Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11, and Birdie, 5, whom everyone she shares with her alienated husband Eric Johnson.
The musician also informed about her creative process when she made music.
“When I first came to Nashville to write my new record last year, I listened to Cece Winans over and over –I surrender everything. Her version still gives me chills, ”she shared in the interview.
Simpson explained how she began her process of “go back and make a playlist” of music that deeply resonates with her instead of trying to create “a little dine, it would be a hit.”
Meanwhile, Ross called his sister’s new musical direction “Americana, Rockabilly, Timeless, Old-School, Classic Mood.”
Simpson agreed to add, “It’s about the instruments, not the computer. It’s about the simplicity of history. “
The news of new music appeared after Simpson and her earlier Nfl plays man, 45, separated after 10 years of marriage in January 2025.
