The shock and awe that WWE Royal Rumble can give was on full view on Saturday night when Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair won their respective matches to earn title shots on Wrestlemania.
Usos Victory in the Lord’s Royal Rumble -Fight stunned the Pro Wrestling world as he eliminated John Cena to win. It came down to USO, Cena and Logan Paul at the end of the match, and USO and Cena gave fans in Indianapolis a fantastic revolt that came down to the end.

The match marked Cena’s return to In-Ring action for the first time since competing in a six-man tag-team match in April 2024. He had a breathtaking moment at one point in Royal Rumble as he stared down Roman Reigns and CM Punk before Seth Rollins went into the fight.
Rollins, reigns and punk were each removed at the same time. Rollins then cracked and went for both Reigns and Punk before going the back. Each of the three men seemed to be unhappy with each other and signal an uneven path to Wrestlemania.

Flair returned to a WWE ring almost 14 months after taking off her ACL, MCL and Meniscus in December 2023. She was one of the last participants. She eliminated the NXT star Roxanne Perez to win the match.
Where the gentlemen’s rumble was filled with big superstars who were expected to be in the competition, Women’s Rumble contained a handful of surprising return. Jordynne Grace made her first performance in Rumble as WWE star -last year she was still with TNA -wrestling as she competed. Alexa Bliss probably received the biggest pop at night when she returned for the first time since 2023. WWE Legends Trish Stratus and Nikki Bella also returned to the match.
In the end, it was the flair that picked up the victory.

The USO and Flair will now have to decide if the championship they will go for. Cody Rhodes is the undisputed WWE champion and Gunther is the world’s heavy weight master. Tiffany Stratton owns WWE WOMEN’s Championship, and Rhea Ripley is the woman’s world champion.
Rhodes was able to return his championship in a ladder match against Kevin Owens.
The match contained some wild features as both competitors drove through several ladders. Ultimately, Rhodes Owens put in an Alabama tenderlock through a ladder lying between the ringing and the advertiser’s table. He took a hard fall before Rhodes climbed up the ladder in the ring and achieved the two title belts hanging over.
The fourth match included Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa retaining their tag-team titles in a 2 of 3 Falls match against Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley. The street surplus, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, mingled in the match and let Gargano and Ciampa keep the titles.
Ford and Dawkins left the ring that looked when it looked like they put their views on the titles.
