- $1,099 until December 31st
JMGO’s new 4K triple laser projector, the N3 4K, delivers a very impressive specification at a fairly affordable price: for an introductory period, it’s down from $1,399 to an early bird $1,099. It goes up to full price on December 31st.
This makes it an interesting competitor to some of the best projectors on the market, such as the BenQ GP520 and Hisense PX3-Pro.
With a specified brightness of 1,800 ISO lumens, 110% coverage of the BT.2020 color gamut, 4K resolution and a typical contrast ratio of 1,600:1, the numbers look good, and the N3 4K projector’s 1.0 – 1.3x optical zoom allows a 2.5in to 85.9in image to be projected; 150 inches can be projected from as little as 3.3 m. The maximum recommended projection size is 300 inches.
JMGO N3 4K: Key Features
The heart of this new projector is JMGO’s proprietary MALC 3.0 triple laser engine, which promises professional image quality with a color depth of 10 bits (10.7 billion colors), dE < 0.85 color accuracy and true 4K resolution.
The N3 4K comes with two 10W speakers with a frequency response down to a low 43Hz, and it has support for both Dolby Audio and DTS-HD decoding.
There is one-click automatic correction for focus, keystone and screen fit with smart object avoidance, and the gimbal supports 360º horizontal rotation and 160º vertical adjustment.
The projector has achieved the CTA 4K UHD Professional certification along with SGS Low Speckle A+ and SGS Low Chromatic Aberration & Ghosting A+ certifications and is powered by Google TV with support for Google Assistant and Google Cast.
The JMGO N3 4K is available now in North America and will also be available with an included inflatable screen in US Costco stores before the end of the year.
