There are two thought schools for the NFL Preseason: Quarterback needs reps before week 1 or they have to sit to avoid the chance of an injury.
Some teams watch a drive or two after their starting quarterback and other first teams on both sides of the ball, just to play it safely. But Cincinnati Bengals hasn’t done it with Star Quarterback Joe Burrow.
The Bengals have mentioned their slow starts in recent seasons, which has led to players like Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase and more first -team violation to get significant reps this forecast. But what happened Monday night against the Washington commanders had Bengals fans covering their eyes.

During the first quarter, Burrow did not play things safely as he shrinked outside his pocket. With several commanders, as defenders in persecution, Burrow did not try to get out of boundaries or slip, but rather turned around and tried to shake away from them to keep the game alive.
Burrow ended up running more than 15 meters behind the line with review, and three different Washington -Linemen fired him near the finish line.
“Probably not want to see Joe Burrow do this in a preseason game or in any game for that matter,” it wrote 33. Teams Ari Merov on X while shared the play.

Then another scary moment arose as Bengals’ pocket collapsed again, and as he tried to get out of it, Burrow was slammed to the grass. It was a horse collar tackle and Washington got a 15-yard punishment, but Bengals fans couldn’t be happy to see their franchise quarterback spun around and thrown to the ground this way.

While Quarterbacks like Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen, Philadelphia Eagles’ Jalen hurts, and Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson has not seen an ounces of Forsy -Season Games, Bengals has adopted another philosophy that has lost the first two regular seasonal matches in each of the last two.
These two theater pieces will be talked about most, but Burrow has been productive throughout his first two trouble-season games, where he goes 18-of-24 for three touchdowns in five series between commanders and the Eagles competitions.
“That’s one of these things for him, that’s what football supplies for. I love to see it? No, I don’t,” Taylor said of Burrow’s “Bad Sack” during an in-game interview with ESPN. “But at the same time he is out there and teaches what he can and can’t do, and we’ve seen him get out of it before, and that’s why he plays in the forth season, for a chance to feel what it’s like to feel in a game, and there are times when he gets out of it and gets a big game and times when we’re in a tough place on two-yard line. He gets a chance to feel all that.”

The feeling still stands for fans who believe Burrow should be more secure despite his main coach philosophy.
“Go down, Joe, it’s August,” said Espn Play-by-play advertisement Joe Buck during the broadcast.
