Former head coach and long -standing football personality filed a lawsuit against the league and commissioner Roger Goodell, claiming that a “malicious and orchestrated campaign” was used to ruin his career by leaking E emails. The leaked messages were from when he was ESPN analyst and “Monday Night Football” TV station.

The NFL appealed to Nevada’s Supreme Court in 2022, after a judge in Las Vegas rejected the league’s command to reject the demands of the grape directly or order the lectures outside the court through an arbitration process that could be monitored by Goodell.

On Monday, Nevada Supreme Court made a 5-2 decision that “the arbitration clause in the NFL Constitution is unconscious and does not apply to the grape as a former employee.”

The NFL refused to comment on the decision according to the Associated Press.

The Great’s lawyers welcome the decision in a statement to Pro Football Talk.

“We are very pleased with Nevada Supreme Court’s decision, not only for the coach of the gravel, but for all employees who face an employer’s unreasonable arbitration process,” Adam Hosmer-Henner of McDonald Carano LLP told the business. “This victory justifies coach the reputation of the gravel further, and it clears the way to quickly bring him full justice and hold the NFL responsible.”

The gravel was the head coach of Raiders when the team moved from Oakland to Las Vegas. He seeks monetary damage and claims that the selective disclosure of e emails calling his career and approval agreements.

Since leaving Raiders, the gravel has worked back in the NFL unofficially. He has been seen on the sidelines working with players from New Orleans Saints and most recently Detroit Lions and Jacksonville Jaguars. He is also a sharing owner and consultant for Arena Football One League’s Nashville Kats.

He expressed hope of a NFL return in July when he visited the Lions.

“Hopefully I’m not done,” the gravel told journalists via Detroit Free Press. “I’m about to make a comeback. I work hard to maybe get another shot, but hopefully some of these guys who fell off my branch, if you say it that way, they might hire me because I’m looking for a job.

“I don’t care if I train at Jones Junior High,” he added. “I want to coach again. I’m still coaching. I’m just not on a team officially, but I have some private tasks I am working on and I wear some equipment when I see the games that no one knows about who I pull for.”
