Former NFL coach Jon Gravel talked about his trial against the league after a Supreme Court in Nevada decided that his case could continue in court instead of arbitration on Monday.

“I look forward to getting the truth out, and I want to make sure what happened to me does not happen to anyone else,” he said in a statement to ESPN.

Nevada Supreme Court made in a 5-2 decision that “the arbitration clause in the NFL Constitution is unconscious and does not apply to the gravel as a former employee.”
