Josie Gibson has shared a health update in a new video revealing she is ‘undergoing healing’ in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
The This morning host, 41, appeared in high spirits as she relaxed in the small chamber wearing an oxygen mask.
Josie also showed off her developing figure following her weight loss, wearing a black sports bra and flashing a peace sign for the camera.
Hyperbaric oxygen chamber helps patients breathe 100% oxygen at 1.5 to 3 times normal atmospheric pressure.
The process is often used in medical settings for decompression sickness and severe infections, increasing blood oxygen levels, increasing tissue repair, reducing swelling and promoting healing.
However, Josie has not revealed the reason for choosing the treatment. However, she shared a post and wrote:
‘Some women treat themselves to designer handbags and some women treat themselves to hyperbaric oxygen chambers #alternativehealing.’
This comes after Josie landed another massive TV job amid rumors she has signed up for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
The TV personality is set to front a brand new ITV show titled How to clean up cash.
For the uninitiated, the six-part series, premiering on April 13, 2026, will follow families looking to clear out their loved one’s home of items that are secretly prized without their knowledge.
