Islamabad:
Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench, which has heard petitions filed against enforced the disappearance of the citizens, has gone up after the withdrawal of a bench member.
A special bench led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and consisting of Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the crucial case.
When the court resumed the hearing on Thursday, Justice Kayani the petitioners and respondents told Justice Tahir had withdrawn from hearing the case.
