Islamabad:
The Supreme Court’s constitutional bench on Thursday issued its written order on the withdrawal of two court decisions issued on January 13 and 16.
The order stated that the judge committees constituted in accordance with Article 191a (2). 4, and ยง 2 (2).
The written order said that both the exercise of powers and the performance of legal and constitutional functions from both the committees in SC and CB do not affect any bench’s legal functions.
