Julianne Hough opens for loss that changed ‘everything’

Julianne Hough reflects on grief, divorce and find healing

Julianne Hough pulled on some heart strings and looked back at the ‘darkest time’ of her life after divorce and lost her pet dogs.

The Footloosis Star opened up the heights of her life that later led her to lower phase and shared how it changed her mindset toward life, friendship and work

When she remembered her first job after “Hustle in” Los Angeles, she told influencer Dhar Mann, who shares stories of real life she worked as a dancer in season 4 by Dancing with the Stars in 2007.

“I ended up doing the show and won my first two seasons back-to-back,” Hough began. “It was like a ring effect. The stars were in line.”

She continued to say, “I ended up getting a country music record agreement and had a # 1 album and best new female vocalist, best new artist.

“And then I started making movies with Tom Cruise and had this amazing, like, Momentum,” noted Hough.

But after “everything went, went, went”, suddenly “everything fell apart” in Hough’s life.

First, her “dogs were killed by coyotes,” in 2019 and then her marriage to former professional hockey player Brooks Laichwith “began to loosen.”

For the unwarterized she and bound the knot in 2017, they divorced ways in May 2020 and completed their divorce 2022.

And then Hough shared, “My career, my friend group, all I had known really started to take another form. It was much that probably the darkest time.”

The 37-year-old dancer and actress who began to gain control of life learned the art of moving on, but it wasn’t easy on her.

“It was a process and it was timing,” she explained. “You can’t hurry to heal. You can’t hurry up the timeframe you need to go through to learn a lesson.”

“But I would say that I poured my energy into self -care. I poured my energy into things that brought me joy, which are friendships, and really invested in others. I think the moment you feel isolated or lonely, the moment you can think of earning another, it brings you so much joy and momentum, and it is literally changing frequency and vibration throughout the body. Don’t happen over, ”she adds,” she adds.
