Islamabad:
Justice Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar was sworn in as Chief Justice of IHC at a ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The Oath-toaking ceremony was held one day after President Asif Ali Zardari approved their appointments, based on JCP’s nominations. President Zardari also managed Ed to Chief Justice Dogar.
The ceremony participated in the judges of the Supreme Court, Senate President Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Punjab Minister Maryam Nawaz, ministers, parliamentarians, representatives and members of the lawyers’ bodies and legal fraternity, lawyers, lawyers and media.
