Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal battle gets messier as the latter reacts head-on to an important accusation from his co-star.

To counter this, Justin’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, released ten minutes of unedited footage of the scene to hit back at their claims of sexual harassment.
“Ms. Lively’s complaint alleges that during a scene where Mr. Baldoni and Ms. Lively were filming for a slow dance montage, Mr. Baldoni behaved inappropriately,” his legal team began.
“The following videos recorded on May 23, 2023 clearly reject Ms. Lively’s characterization of his behavior. The scene in question was designed to show the two characters falling in love and longing to be close to each other,” they continued.
“Both actors are clearly behaving well within the confines of the scene and with mutual respect and professionalism. These are all three takes of the sequence.”
In the scene, the couple laughed and joked about several things that Justin’s legal team claimed contradicted what Blake described in his filing.
Not to mention, the clip also showed the mother-of-four apparently suggesting her co-star get surgery on her nose — which he mentioned in his $400 million lawsuit against the actress.
“While on the one hand Lively accuses Baldoni of making comments about her appearance, on the other hand she made disparaging comments about Baldoni’s appearance and told him to undergo rhinoplasty (a nose job) – something Baldoni has publicly expressed uncertainty about about and has discussed in an episode of his podcast, ‘Man Enough’, that explores the topic of body dysmorphia.
“Lively’s comment about Baldoni’s nose was also caught on camera. Baldoni, instead of writing down a list of complaints against Lively, brushed it off and moved on with the scene,” Justin’s claim concluded.
